By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below

Any statement is open to negotiation prior to the commission

I. GENERAL TERMS• Write in a clear and polite manner
• Provide neat references, not a wall of text (Brief personality descriptions are acceptable)
• Do not request that the commission be drawn in another artist’s style
• Any ill-mannered behavior will not be tolerated, and your order will be canceled without refund
• Follow the template provided on the commission sheet
• If you fail to follow the template or provide proper information, I have the right to decline your order

II. PAYMENT• All commissions must be paid in full, upfront
• Only USD currency is accepted
• Payments can be made through PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp

III. PROCESS• Work In Progress (WIP) snapshots can be provided at the commissioner’s request
• WIPs may also be sent at liberty to confirm details
• Your commission can be expected to be completed from anywhere between 1 day to 1 month, this is dependent on:
- Number of commissions
- Complexity of commissions
- Personal life situations
• If a situation arises where your order will take longer than a month, I will notify you

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION• My goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your commission.
• However, once the piece has been deemed "finished", only minor changes will be allowed free of charge
• Minor changes can include color alterations or adding smaller details
• It is recommended that any major changes are requested before approval of the lineart
• Major changes requested after approval may cost extra depending on the complexity
• Major changes can include full alterations to outfits or backgrounds
• Be clear in your order if you want something specific.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY• I, the artist, hold all rights to the artwork
• I am allowed to use the artwork for Promotion or Personal Display
• The artwork will not be used for my own commercial use
• The commissioner may:
- Use the artwork for personal use only, unless further discussed with the artist
- Print the artwork and claim the rights to their character(s), but not the artwork itself
- Use the art to promote themselves (with proper credit given to the artist)If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be revoked• The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without permission
• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
• Removing any watermarks/signatures without approval
• Majorly altering the artwork without the artist's consentA Purchase of Commercial Rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price• With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork
• You may use it for books, covers, and props, change it to your liking, and promotion of your own brand
• Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY• The artist has the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time
• The commissioner cannot cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received
• If payment has not been sent, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission
• If you file a chargeback against me:
- Your right to any artwork I have ever made for you will be revoked
• I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers
• You will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future
• Your name will be posted publicly as a warning to others
• I have every right to the money you have given me
